The Hills Have Eyes Part II returns to desert danger through a traveling group whose temporary stop becomes a struggle to leave. Motorcycles promise mobility, but rough terrain and separation can turn that advantage into exposure. The sequel's emphasis on returning threats and recollection makes the past unusually present. Watch how the open landscape is broken into smaller zones of limited vision; a setting can look vast while giving the characters very little reliable information about what is nearby.
