Psychic Killer turns an apparently contained person into a danger that physical custody cannot necessarily stop. The idea of an attack separated from the attacker's visible body makes ordinary evidence unstable. Watch how the film stages the difference between an accident as witnessed and an assault as the audience understands it. The premise is strongest when a mundane object or process becomes threatening without changing its outward appearance, allowing intention to inhabit the everyday world almost invisibly.
